No, creating an account is not required to complete a purchase.

 

Can I place an order from within the U.S. with International shipping?

Yes, you can. During checkout you will be able to enter a di erent shipping address than the billing address you enter. Sylva & Cie will automatically know that it’s an international shipping order.

 

In what currency are your prices displayed?

All prices are listed in US dollars and Euros.

 

What if I need to cancel an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact service@sylvacie.com as soon as possible.

 

What if I need to change my order?

For any changes, contact service@sylvacie.com immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make modi cations or cancellations.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

What Is your return policy?

To receive a full refund for items purchased on sylvacie.com, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Requests made after this period will only be eligible for an exchange, provided they are made within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must pass a quality control inspection and be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or unsellable. Alterations and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. All international orders are final sale.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax will be applied based on your state and local tax laws. We strive to stay compliant with evolving tax regulations. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding use taxes, duties, and other taxes in their state or country. If sales tax is not collected at checkout, you may need to report the purchase and remit tax on your state tax return. Forms and instructions are available on your state’s website.

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?

We offer complimentary 2-Day Shipping. Next Day Delivery is available for $85. Saturday delivery is available for $125. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered in two business days. Saturday delivery is available for an additional cost

 

How much does shipping cost outside the U.S.?

International orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, with shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and fees depending on the destination and items ordered. The recipient is responsible for all import fees, which will be collected at checkout. No additional fees will be due upon delivery. For further details, email us at service@sylvacie.com.

 

What shipping service do you use?

We offer complimentary FedEx 2-Day Shipping on all orders or overnight shipping for a flat fee of $85. Saturday delivery is $125. This service is available within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Will my items be safe in transit and delivery?

All packages are insured against theft and damage during transit. Signature is required upon delivery. We are not liable for packages once they are delivered and signed for. Inspect your package upon receipt and contact service@sylvacie.com if you believe an item is damaged.

 

How fast is your shipping?

Orders within the US are typically processed within 24 hours, except for rings other than size 7, which will ship within 7 days. International orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST will ship the same day; orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends will ship on the following Monday. Standard shipping delivers in 2 days; expedited options are available.

 

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, overnight shipping is available within the US for a flat fee of $85.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box was entered, we will contact you for an alternative address, which may delay delivery.

 

What If my package is lost?

If your package is lost in transit, contact service@sylvacie.com immediately. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered and signed for.
